• Sr. Professor, Department of Transfusion Medicine, Christian Medical College Vellore (current position).
• Conducts hands-on wet workshops for ISTH/WFH/AHAD-AP/IAHAD/HFI in diagnosis of bleeding and thrombotic disorders in various corners in India and the world to help develop ability towards laboratory management of bleeding and thrombotic disorders.
• Develops processes to reduce cost to the patient.
• Developed the concept – Haemocytomorphometry – cell counters identify morphological features of peripheral blood more objectively than microscopes.
• His Laboratory helps assign values to International standards for all haemostasis factors.
• His laboratory is a place of preference for candidates awarded training fellowships from ISTH (Int Soc for Thrombosis and Haemostasis) and ASH (American society for haematology).
